Raluca Marian says it will make a huge difference for drivers and operators in the coming years. IRU also brought together the road transport sector and EU politicians and institutions on how to encourage and qualify migrants as professional drivers.     Pakistan Russia transit 76% faster with TIR  The TIR route from Pakistan to Moscow was successfully tested with fresh mango exports. The dramatic reduction in traditional transit times is set to boost trade between the two countries. Digital TIR continues to advance in the region, with support from the Asian Development Bank for the STKEC corridor, and recognition from the Economic Cooperation Organisation.     Paperless plans in Russia and wider Eurasia IRU and Russian member ASMAP have co-hosted a panel session on digitalising the road transport industry at COMTRANS in Moscow. IRU also led a session on empowering women in transport.     IRU in key UN debate on transport resilience  Matthias Maedge spoke to a key UN advisory group on resilience in transport networks.
